Enhancement request.
1. Mark several files and subdirs in a Dired directory.
2. Use `C' to copy them to some other directory.
For each marked subdir you are prompted, asking whether to do a
recursive copy. Please consider providing a response to the prompt that
indicates that you want to apply the same response to all other marked
subdirs, i.e., those for which you would otherwise get a subsequent
prompt. The idea is to be able to answer once instead of multiple times.
