You can see the difference with `C-h b'.  Then you will see:

  RET		image-toggle-animation
  SPC		image-scroll-up
  DEL		image-scroll-down

vs.

  RET		View-scroll-line-forward
  SPC		View-scroll-page-forward
  DEL		View-scroll-page-backward

`image-scale-fit-height' is intended to be bound to `c f h' in
`image-transform-mode', but for some reason it's commented out.
