Sure.  Build and run like this:

  d=$HOME/.tmp; ./configure --prefix=$d \
    && make && make install && LC_ALL=ru_RU $d/bin/df -hT /

Here's what I see:

  Файловая система Тип  Размер Использовано  Дост Использовано% Cмонтировано в
  /dev/sdb4        ext4   2,2G         529M  1,7G           24% /

On that basis, I've marked this ticket as "closed".

Hi everyone!
There's a small bug in df utility (or maybe it's in it's translation, I don't know).
When I use it and my system (Ubuntu) language is russian -- it's getting a bit broken output (I think because \t is used and translation is too long):
