mumi hackers need a test dataset to work with. At the moment, we only
provide a puny dataset with 3 issues. We need to provide a much larger
one—say around 1000 issues.

If the Debbugs admins can provide this dataset, it will be a lot less
work for us. If not, we'll have to figure out the best place to host the
dataset and host it ourselves.
