Subject: [bug#74436] [PATCH 1/2] gnu: python-botocore: Respect --cores build argument.

This commit ensures that a user-provided --cores argument to guix
build is respected.

<#:test-flags>: Replace "auto" numprocesses by parallel-job-count.
