It says in (emacs)Top:: > Bugs

"You can find the list of known problems in the file
`etc/PROBLEMS' in the Emacs distribution; type THE ERROR IS HERE--> `C-h C-e'  to read it."

The right command is 'C-h C-p' not 'C-h C-e'.
