23.2; Diary entries displayed twice

Save ~/dairy

Then from within calendar with point on 11th of any month press d to
display dairy, "pay bills" is written twice.

The above was done in Emacs 23.2.1 on GNU/Linux, and a similar recipe
causes same issue for Emacs on MS Windows, the configuration as shown below:

It is because in the default value of diary-iso-date-forms, both these
elements match your entry:

(year "[-/]" month "[-/]" day "[^0-9]")
(year "-" monthname "-" day "[^0-9]")

This is a no-no, the elements are supposed to be mutually exclusive.

For 23.3, I will change the default diary-iso-date-forms to:

 '((month "[-/]" day "[^-/0-9]")
    (year "[-/]" month "[-/]" day "[^0-9]")
    (monthname " *" day "[^-0-9]")
    (year " *" monthname " *" day "[^0-9]")
    (dayname "\\W"))

You can manually set `diary-date-forms' to that in 23.2.
