24.0.50; NS variant cannot display SVG images

Hello!

When I load an SVG image the NS variant cannot display it as image  
(which the GNU Emacs 23.2 based AppKit variant can). The variable  
image-types is:

	(png gif tiff jpeg xpm xbm pbm)

The Emacs binary is not using librsvg-2.

  The NS variant, not using ImageMagick but librsvg2, displays etc/ 
  images/splash.svg in the correct colours.

So presumably 6678 no longer applies.
