I cannot reproduce this.  I'm guessing your build didn't succeed, or
something went wrong with it.

Do you have calc-loaddefs.el in the calc subdirectory?  If not, try
saying "make" in the top-level directory of the Emacs tree, and see if
the file gets regenerated.
