"Major Mode Bindings Starting With ..." "looks" very ordered, but actually isn't!

Proof that W C-h (ran from gnus summary buffer) is not ordered.
W E s gnus-article-strip-leading-space
W E t gnus-article-remove-trailing-blank-lines
W E w gnus-article-remove-leading-whitespace

W T e gnus-article-date-lapsed
W T i gnus-article-date-iso8601
W T l gnus-article-date-local
W T o gnus-article-date-original
W T p gnus-article-date-english
W T s gnus-article-date-user
W T u gnus-article-date-ut
W T z gnus-article-date-ut

W M b gnus-article-view-part
W M c gnus-article-decode-charset
W M h gnus-mime-buttonize-attachments-in-header

Sure, "Emacs never said it was ordered."

Yeah but then why trick people with 99% ordered output?

It's sorted by key binding.

If you have questions about Emacs things, you should consider using the
Emacs help mailing lists instead of using the bug reporting feature.

Closing.
