As a native speaker of one of the languages proposed for removal, I can assure you that there is no danger of anyone taking offense. Well, maybe the odd C compiler may grumble -- they are known for being touchy.

Anyway, Richard observed that this file is quite unimportant and he is right about that, so I'll follow his advice.
