Subject: [PATCH] Customization type of recentf-max-saved-items

Change the customization type of recentf-max-saved-items to include
nil, as it is an allowed value (Bug#35771).
* lisp/recentf.el (recentf-max-saved-items): Change the customization
type in the defcustom.
