While trying to install freedoom (with "guix package --fallback --no-build-hook -i freedoom") I get:

I believe these substitute issues that you experienced are now fixed.

They were due to lack of disk space on mirror.hydra.gnu.org, which
should now be properly mitigated.

Please let me know if you still experience issues.
