Subject: 23.0.92; verbose arg to describe-font-internal not used
Date: Thu, 9 Apr 2009 20:59:44 -0700
Subject says it all.
And no existing code uses it (except the one call in describe-font), except
possibly 3rd-party code.

At least rename it to IGNORED and document that it has no effect.

In GNU Emacs 23.0.92.1 (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600)
 of 2009-03-30 on SOFT-MJASON
Windowing system distributor `Microsoft Corp.', version 5.1.2600
configured using `configure --with-gcc (3.4)'
