FWIW the GCC 7 manual says “isl Library version 0.15 or later” and does
not even mention Cloog (info "(gccinstall) Prerequisites").

The GCC 6 manual has “isl Library version 0.16, 0.15, or 0.14” and no
mention of Cloog.
