One more data:

% diff -r /Applications/EmacsO2.app nextstep/Emacs.app
Binary files /Applications/EmacsO2.app/Contents/MacOS/Emacs and nextstep/Emacs.app/Contents/MacOS/Emacs differ
Only in /Applications/EmacsO2.app/Contents/MacOS: bin
Only in /Applications/EmacsO2.app/Contents/MacOS: libexec
Only in /Applications/EmacsO2.app/Contents/Resources: etc
Only in /Applications/EmacsO2.app/Contents/Resources: info
Only in /Applications/EmacsO2.app/Contents/Resources: lisp
Only in /Applications/EmacsO2.app/Contents/Resources: man
Only in /Applications/EmacsO2.app/Contents/Resources: site-lisp

The /Application version is the one that works. nextstep/* is one build after the problems started. I also did `make distclean` before building this one.

Did you run make install? You *must* do this to get a usable nextstep build.
(It will not install anything site-wide, just finish the app bundle.)

Yes that's the reason, I started to forgot "make install" for last 2-3 builds. Now it works, thanks
