Some man pages cannot be rendered:

Things are fine when changing LANG to ISO-8895-1.
“iconv” is not in my PATH.
“man” is “/run/current-system/profile/bin/man” and that’s
“/gnu/store/7bf5c38dncykgx09m006s3cgh2lm1588-man-db-2.7.5/bin/man”.
