[Message part 1 (text/plain, inline)]
FYI:
Just build coreutils on a MacBook Pro running OS X 10.11.5 (El Capitan)
I think the results are excellent, only four tests failed and they were dealing with changing
group file permissions. And El Capitan is “locked down” tighter than a “gnats ass” when
dealing with permissions. I needed to turnoff “rootless” and munge the permissions on
/usr/local to just get things to compile. So all in all only failing four tests is pretty darn good
out of the box!

Your message seemed to have been lost and not replied to in 2 years,
sorry about that.
The test log shows the following failures:
===
FAIL: tests/chgrp/basic
FAIL: tests/chgrp/posix-H
FAIL: tests/chgrp/recurse
FAIL: tests/cp/existing-perm-race
===
Are you still experiencing these failures (perhaps with more recent
coreutils version, or more recent Mac OS X version) ?
