Subject: bug#21306: 25.0.50; Document `get-mru-window' in Elisp manual, just like `get-lru-window'

Subject line says it all.  Users should be able to find this function,
just as easily as they can find `get-lru-window'.  And if the two are
truly parallel, it is enough to say that *mru* is like *lru* etc.
