On the following page:

in section 2.2.2 (Using the Offload Facility), there's a link labelled
"Guile-Avahi" with the following URL:

  https://gnu.org/software/guix/manual/guile-avahi.html#Introduction

and that returns error code 404 - Page Not Found.
