In Emacs 24.3, the doc string for log-edit-comment-to-change-log
(in lisp/vc/log-edit.el) says
  This may be useful as a `log-edit-checkin-hook' ...

But as far as I can tell, there is no log-edit-checkin-hook.  I'm not
sure which of the several log-*-hooks is meant, or something else.
