line-move is a compiled Lisp function in ‘simple.el’.

(line-move ARG &optional NOERROR TO-END TRY-VSCROLL)

Move forward ARG lines.
If NOERROR, don’t signal an error if we can’t move ARG lines.
TO-END is unused.
