In GNU Emacs 24.0.91.1 (i386-mingw-nt6.1.7601)

  cmd# runemacs -Q

type simple C program (in c-mode):

  int foo() {
    switch (a) {
    case 0:
  a;      // <====  THIS LINE
    }
  }

when you type ';' you hit TAB on "THIS LINE" you get error:

  c-beginning-of-statement-1: Symbol's value as variable is void:
  c-nonlabel-token-2-key

and line was not indented.

I cannot reproduce this with the current trunk.
This issue was fixed two weeks ago:

http://debbugs.gnu.org/cgi/bugreport.cgi?bug=9930#5

so perhaps your build is out-of-date. The M-x report-emacs-bug
information that might have told us has been removed.

I download latest Emacs build:

  http://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/emacs/windows/emacs-20111121-r106472-bin-i386.zip

and check that bug go away.
