And another thing, for when you get the crash again: please show the
values of these (in the same frame where it crashes dereferencing
`face'):

 (gdb) pcursorx w->phys_cursor
 (gdb) pgx cursor_glyph

These two commands are defined on src/.gdbinit, so if you don't start
GDB from that directory, you will need to "source /path/to/.gdbinit"
first.
