At the moment, things like man/arch.1 are not included in the tarball.
This makes perl a requirement if you want to build/install the arch
helper.

* man/Makefile.am (EXTRA_DIST): Add $(NO_INSTALL_PROGS_DEFAULT:%=%.1).
