Hi, Emacs.

The chapter "Persistent Mark" in the Emacs manual is misleading.

The chapter title suggests that the mark is otherwise transient.  This is
not the case by default, since `mark-even-if-inactive' is non-nil by
default.

Fair enough; renamed to "Disabled Transient Mark".
