Hi Glenn and Martin,

I have no objections to Glenn's argument. And also many thanks to
Martin; I can now figure out which part to modify for
customization.... :)

PS. Just one correction. I think Glenn meant
\[
  abc
\]
instead of
\(
  abc
\)
