I thought so, but the bug is now fixed, so evidently I was using the
pre latest Emacs and not the latest latest one.

emacs -Q -f server-mode -f list-processes

and columns headers from the third on are not aligned according to
their widths from `tabulated-list-format'.

Another easy way to see the problem, at least on Windows:

emacs -Q -f list-dynamic-libraries

and the "Candidate names" column header is shown two spaces too far to
the right.
