Say more clearly what default it is you are talking about.
Some may think all processes have a default niceness of 10.

       -n, --adjustment=N
-              add integer N to the niceness (default 10)
+              add integer N to the niceness.
+              No -n INT is the same as giving -n 10.

Yes, Info says more.
