You can then email your comments to 9152 AT debbugs.gnu.org in the normal way.

Toggle the display of automated, internal messages from the tracker.

The problem occurs for the message one has already composed when asked.
Subsequent messages won't have the problem.

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug, and
the precise symptoms of the bug.  If you can, give a recipe
starting from `emacs -Q':

Well it works fine from emacs -Q, but not the first time from my
complicated gnus set up. OK, I'll mark it as done.
