A. All the parts A arrived first. A mailbox full of no explanations.
B. Later the other parts arrived. A mailbox full of pairs that needed to
be paired up. And lots.

I bet you are not using the proper way to close bugs like the Real
Debian Developers do. At least their parts A have the reason included.

Or the BTS should be fixed to force it to work right.
