Well all my .els are in
http://jidanni.org/comp/configuration/
and as you see in
http://jidanni.org/comp/configuration/.emacs
I byte compile them (but don't put the .elc on the net.)
Maybe the problem is that
http://jidanni.org/comp/configuration/.emacs-w3m doesn't end in a .el?
