No it does not.

I want the compilation buffer to take up my entire screen.

That line does not do that. I just tried it.

I want to say M-x compile ... and the new buffer should then take up the
entire screen.

Please give me the right line.

Please implement something like

(setq Man-notify-method 'bully)
