This is not really a bug, but I don't know where else to report the
problem.  Alas my lisp skills were not up to fixing this myself.

block ... end block is a fairly new feature in Fortran 90.  This
structure is not recognized in the emacs f90 mode.  It would be nice if
it were.

This is absolutely the right place to report such things.

It looks like this is an F2008 feature? I don't think I have added any
of those yet, but at first glance it does not look like there are too
many of them. I will see about adding this and the others.
