A short sub entry under »28 Windows«,
- linking to the :help-echo text property as the usual way to display tooltips;
- documenting `tooltip-show', the customizable variables, also
`x-max-tooltip-size' and `x-gtk-use-system-tooltips';
- mentioning the dependence of tooltips on the window system and the
x-toolkit emacs was configured for.
Also, the functions `tooltip-identifier-from-point' and
`tooltip-set-param' don't seem specific to `tooltip.el' and could be
more generally useful.
