In 22 or trunk:

emacs -Q
C-h f url-https-expand-file-name  ; tab-completable
Symbol's function definition is void: url-http-expand-file-name

In url-http.el, url-https-expand-file-name is an autoloaded alias to
an alias to a function (url-default-expander) defined in another file.
