Subject: 23.2; display-time-mode uses wrong place on mode-line

The Info page discussing "Optional Mode Line Features" states that:

> Emacs can optionally display the time and system load in all mode
> lines. To enable this feature, type `M-x display-time' or customize
> the option `display-time-mode'. The information added to the mode line
> usually appears after the buffer name, before the mode names and their
> parentheses.

However, this information is actually added to the end of the mode-line, after the mode names. Either the code should be changed to match the documentation, or the documentation should be changed to match the code.
