[PATCH] mailcap: Treat .ics files as text/calendar

Add a mapping from ".ics" to "text/calendar" to mailcap-mime-extensions
to ensure that iCalendar attachments are always previewed correctly,
even when their MIME type is incorrect (as it is for Google Calendar invites).
