[PATCH] Fix `eww-switch-to-buffer' when resorting to `eww'

Hi,

When `eww-switch-to-buffer' is resorting to `eww', having
`completion-extra-properties' bound prevent `eww' to correctly complete
the suggested URIS.  This patch fixes this issue.
