Me neither.
Asking LLMs will just make them hallucinate :)

- org-edit-latex-fragment
- org-display-custom-time
- org-agenda (in special org-agenda buffers). not relevant to
*-change-functions Org mode uses though

Not very well usually, until someone files a bug report.
