Symbiyosys, by YosysHQ, uses a fork of abc from Berkeley, that guix packages as abc-yosyshq. Using it fixes previous errors in some of the tests, and we can reactivate them.

[arguments] <#:phases> {disable-abc-tests}: Remove.
[inputs]: Replace abc by abc-yosyshq.
