Executing project-query-replace-regexp on a git repository like below

├── ./a
│   └── ./a/file.txt
└── ./link-to-a -> a

3 directories, 1 file
-----------------------

on Linux fails with

"fileloop-next-file: Read error: Is a directory, /absolute/path/to/project-query-replace-regexp/link-to-a"
