Subject: [bug#78203] [PATCH] gnu: clisp: Fix failing test.

One of the streamslong tests in the test suite requires the presence of
`coreutils`' `cat`. Adding the package to the native inputs fixes the
failing test.

* gnu/packages/lisp.scm (clisp):
