Hi,

The commit af689c976591dd9c7d2bfed50c1b900ff496b87a ("gnu: Default to
Python 3.11.") broke mercurial, and mercurial is also a dependency of
many packages (the ones that use hg-fetch).

It broke because one of its tests failed:
