Upon running guix home reconfigure, the program gets up to the point where it prints "Finished updating symlinks.", then hangs for 15-20 minutes, and eventually prints

Do you happen to know what version of shepherd was running at this
moment?

You can see this by checking ~/.local/state/shepherd/shepherd.log* for
the moment corresponding to this reconfiguration.
