It seems a transient bug coming from the network. Have you tried to run
“guix pull” again?
Maybe you can try:
guix time-machine --commit=25d99dd -- describe
? Well, more than often try again with the same commit is a workaround.
However, yeah yet another item on the already very long list of “guix
pull” errors [1]. :-)
