this laptop is on debian bookworm, it
happens to have .deb files in
/var/cache/apt/archives since 2025-02-12
and none of them is GCC related.  I
therefore assume that the version while
building the Emacs binary in question on
2025-02-16 is the same as now:

$ gcc --version
gcc (Debian 12.2.0-14) 12.2.0
