[PATCH] doc: Recommend login as non-root user after installation.

Hi

I believe the "After System Installation" should explain that users
should login as the non-root user they created during installation.
This isn't all that clear right now, but I believe this is the intention
(why otherwise use 'sudo' in the example?).
