Alas, the bazaar repo is hugely too big for me to use (both initial
10-year download and subsequent 10-meg updates).  This new file is a
drop-in, I believe nobody else has done anything to it.

	* info-xref.el: Use compilation-mode for the errors.
	Move explanations from commentary to relevant docstrings.
	(info-xref-docstrings): New command.
