Subject: 24.0.50; Not all buffers showing in "Global Menu"
Date: Tue, 7 Dec 2010 21:43:20 +0100
Recipe:

0) Start Emacs (emacs -Q).
1) Hide the menu bar (M-x menu-bar-mode <RET>).
2) Open the Emacs Manual (C-h r).
3) Return to the *scratch* buffer (C-x b <RET>).
4) Hold down the control key and click your right mouse button --> A
drop-down "Global Menu" appears.
5) In the Global Menu, go to the "Buffers" submenu --> The *info*
buffer is missing.

PS: Step #3 wasn't really necessary. I included it because someone
could think that the *info* buffer doesn't appears because it is the
current one.
